Your trips are encrypted in this browser with a key made from your password. We never receive that key, which is what stops us — or anyone who takes our server — from reading where you are going. The cost is that we cannot help you back in. If you forget the password, the trips are gone. Use a password manager.

Encryption is AES-256-GCM with a key derived from your password by PBKDF2-SHA256 over 600,000 iterations. The key never leaves this page. City coordinates are looked up from OpenStreetMap by your browser, not by our server.
